Senior Affiliate Manager

Office location: Cyprus

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (betting/gambling);
• Proven track record in international markets;
• Experienced with Tier-1(CA, ES, FR, PT, DACH, IT, AU);
• Understanding of key metrics and the ability to effectively analyze traffic;
• Proven experience in scaling affiliate marketing results;
• Effective management of processes and stakeholder interactions;
• Active partner database;
• English from B2;

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale a portfolio of affiliate partners across key European GEOs;
• Hit and exceed performance targets: FTD volume, partner network growth, traffic quality;
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new high-potential partners independently;
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance — know when to scale and when to stop;
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and advertising standards across markets;
• Develop localised strategies tailored to different European markets;
• Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and legal teams;
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences;
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to department-level processes
