About the company:

Early-stage iGaming startup (USA) with a product-driven approach. The project is currently in the active launch and scaling phase targeting Tier-1 markets, with the first focus on Canada. The team is building operational processes and the product from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Managing the operational activities of the online casino;
Monitoring key metrics: GGR, retention, LTV, conversions;
Working with providers, payment systems, and the product team;
Building and developing the operational team;
Ensuring process quality and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Experience working in online casino / iGaming;
Understanding of Tier-1 market specifics;
Experience managing a team;
Data-driven mindset;
English level B2 or higher

Nice to have:

Experience launching and scaling casino projects;
Practical experience entering Tier-1 markets
