About the company:

Early-stage international product focused on improving customer experience and automating support processes. The team is actively building both the product and commercial function from scratch.

Requirements:

• Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives);
• Tools: Expertise in Jira, Confluence, or similar management tools;
• Technical Understanding: Experience working with developers and understanding software development life cycles (SDLC);
• Language: High-level English proficiency is almost always required.

Responsibilities:

• Development team management;
• Product planning and delivery;
• Roadmap and backlog creation;
• Assigning tasks to the tech team, monitoring release deadlines and quality;
• Launching new features and product development.
