About the company:

American start up orientated on Tier-1 market.

Requirements:

• iGaming Experience: At least 2-3 years in the online gambling industry, with familiarity with platforms like Gr8tech, Softswiss or similar;
• Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives);
• Tools: Expertise in Jira, Confluence, or similar management tools;
• Technical Understanding: Experience working with developers and understanding software development life cycles (SDLC);
• Language: High-level English proficiency is almost always required.

Responsibilities:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Overseeing projects from initiation through delivery, often without traditional, rigid structures in fast-paced environments;
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Acting as a link between marketing, CRM, designers, product managers, platform team, etc;
• Stakeholder Management: Communicating project status, risks, and KPIs to senior stakeholders;
• Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks (e.g., operation, technical) to ensure on-time delivery;
• Process Optimization: Setting up and improving delivery workflows to increase operational efficiency;
• Solid experience with tracking tools like Jira/Confluence, etc.
