About the company:
A US-based startup entering Tier-1 markets is looking for a PSP Manager to build and scale its payment infrastructure, focusing on stability, approval rates, and transaction volume growth.
Work format: Remote

Vertical: iGaming / High-risk payments
Responsibilities:
- Managing communication with PSP providers;
- Negotiating SLA, fees, reserves, and commercial terms;
- Monitoring limits, holds, and traffic quality;
- Setting up payment cascading and routing;
- Integrating and customizing local payment methods for Tier-1 markets;
- Optimizing approval rates and payment system stability
Requirements:
- Experience as a PSP Manager in gambling / high-risk industries;
- Practical experience working with Tier-1 markets;
- English B2+ (confident business communication);
- Understanding of risk management and payment specifics in high-risk segments;
- Experience scaling payment infrastructure
