Fast-growing international product company in the iGaming industry with 7+ years of market success, millions of users, and ambitious scaling plans.
Responsibilities:
- Team management: setting goals, monitoring task execution, and allocating resources. Employee development, mentoring, and enhancing the team’s professional maturity;
- Strategy and CJM: Development and optimization of a global CRM communication strategy;
- Synchronizing various workstreams (onboarding, churn management, and loyalty) into a unified, seamless Customer Journey Map;
- Performance Management: monitoring key metrics at every stage of the funnel (from STD, onboarding completion, and deliverability to LTV, GGR of the loyal segment, and reactivation conversion). Designing and conducting A/B tests;
- Infrastructure technical development: overseeing the integration of new channels and providers. Monitoring communication channel deliverability, managing automation and data enrichment via the CDP;
- Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with the product team, analysts, and the development team. Initiating admin panel enhancements, working on predictive models, and automating BI reporting;
- Budgeting and Unit Economics: budget monitoring, control of target action costs (cost to go online, cost of reactivation), and calculation of communication ROI.
Requirements:
- From 3–5+ years in CRM marketing, managing databases of several million users;
- Proven track record of team leadership, ability to delegate, assess resources and timelines, and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback;
- Proficiency in cohort analysis and an understanding of unit economics, experience working with metrics such as Churn Rate and ARPU, ability to make decisions based strictly on data;
- Deep understanding of communication channel mechanics, knowledge of deliverability principles and channel operations (SMS, Push, In-App, Email, Call Center, etc.);
- Experience with CDP platforms and complex trigger-based workflows.
